Paul is passionate about music education and believes that music is a powerful art form that can be used to inspire, educate and connect people from all walks of life. Paul loves to work with people of all ages and abilities, and is dedicated to helping people reach their full musical potential. Paul is passionate about teaching music theory, music production and instrumental technique.

As a lead musician educator at Music Generation Louth, the position encompasses many roles including:

- Developing and facilitating music technology, composition and instrumental courses for children and young people

- Creating bespoke arrangements for a range of musical genres for instrumental groups with a variety instruments

- Providing musical accompaniment for events

- Recording/mixing/editing audio and video for musical projects
